The Cleveland Cavaliers have sealed up the second seed in the Eastern Conference and will end with the best record (currently 51-29) since LeBron left. This will be the first playoff experience for many of the stars on the Cavs like Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love, and Tristan Thompson, but for veterans like LeBron James, JR Smith and Mike Miller it is routine. Many fans in Northeast Ohio are optimistic and think this could be the year a Cleveland sports team wins a championship, Nick Lewis said, “I believe that the Cavs are going to coast to the Eastern Conference Finals but hit a road bump in Atlanta, but win in 7 hard fought games. The Cavs will enter the NBA Finals but I do not have a prediction on who they will face or what the outcome will be.” The Cavs will be going into the playoffs healthy and rested as Coach David Blatt has been resting his stars and trying to build chemistry with the backups in the last few games. LeBron is also still in the running for MVP averaging 25.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 7.4 assists.
