Jimmy Artale

  • Basketball: 1 year Freshman, 1 year Junior Varsity, 2 years Varsity
  • Other Sports: Baseball
  • Interests/Accomplishments: Jimmy enjoys coaching Kenston Youth Basketball team and volunteer work.
  • Best Part of playing Basketball: Spending time with my teammates and the intensity of the game.
  • Future Plans: Undecided on where he will attend, plans to major in Health or Medical field.

Charlie Ellis

  • Basketball: 1 year Junior Varsity, 3 years Varsity
  • Other Sports: Football until he tore his ACL
  • Other interest/Accomplishments: Charlie is a member of the National Honors Society and coaches special needs athletes.
  • Best part of playing Basketball: The team camaraderie.
  • Future Plans: Unsure where he will attend, but plans to major in business management.

Bernie Porter

  • Interests/Accomplishments: Bernie enjoys reading and writing poetry and collecting coins.
  • Best part of playing Basketball: Team dinners and listening to music in locker room before the game.
  • Future Plans: Bernie will most likely attend Ohio University to major in business management.

  • Interests/Accomplishments: Active in the CEC club and enjoys helping kids with special needs.
  • Best Part of playing Basketball: Team bonding such as team dinners and camps.
  • Future Plans: Tyler will either attend University of Kentucky, University of Findlay, or Wilmington College where he will major in Agriculture/Animal Science.

  • Other Sports: Football and Lacrosse
  • Interests/Accomplishments: Enjoys coaching youth rec basketball and working with kids with special needs. He also enjoys skiing and hanging out with friends.
  • Best Part of playing Basketball: The competitiveness of the game and the fun rivalry with the other CVC schools
  • Future Plans: Undecided on where he wants to attend college, but wants to major in business and history.

  • Best Part of playing Basketball: Hearing the Kenston Krazies go wild during the big games

  • Interests/Accomplishments: First Team CVC for Football. Enjoys watching the rainfall.
  • Best Part of playing Basketball: Hanging with the shrimps and the giraffes.
  • Future Plans: To attend Ohio State University or Carnegie Mellon.

  • Interests/Accomplishments: Brianna is a UCA All-American Cheerleader and a member of the Relay for Life.
  • Future Plans: Brianna plans to major in Early Childhood Education at John Carroll University.

Maliyah Rondo

  • Interests/Accomplishments: Traveling to new places and meeting new people
  • Future Plans: She will go to Kent State University to be a pediatrician.

Amelia Chantler

  • Interests/Accomplishments: Amelia has been a member of 4 national title teams and is also a member of Science Olympiad
  • Future Plans: Amelia is undecided on her college choice, but plans to pursue a degree in engineering

Taylor Tucholski

Taylor Tucholski

  • Senior
  • Dance Team: 4 years of Varsity
  • Interests/Accomplishments: Taylor has been on the honor roll and merit honor roll for 4 years and has won 4 national dance titles.
  • Future Plans: Taylor will be attending Ohio University and will major in health sciences. She hopes to one day be a pediatric nurse, specializing in radiation in the cancer unit.

Graycen Wood

Graycen Wood

  • Senior
  • Dance Team: 4 years of Varsity
  • Interests/Accomplishments: Graycen has a 4.217 GPA, has earned 10 academic awards and achieved an academic letter, medal and plaque. She was December’s Rotary Senior of the Month, was recognized as an AP Scholar and is a member of the National Honor Society and the Principal’s Leadership Council. She’s been a member of 4-H for 8 years and held numerous positions. She has won numerous awards in 4-H, represented Geauga County at the Ohio State Fair and was selected for the 2014 Geauga County Junior Fair Queen court. Graycen has put in over 180 hours of community service and this year was a dance team captain.
  • Future Plans: Graycen plans to attend the University of Mount Union to major in communications and minor in Spanish and Legal Studies. She plans to continue her education attending law school to earn her Juris Doctrate.
