Summer Football Workouts

School is coming to an end and summer break is right around the corner, which means for all those who plan on playing football, the grind is about to get real. Every weekday morning there will be workouts. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays there will be lifting and conditioning. On Tuesdays and Thursdays there will be speed and agility workouts. You do not have to play football to attend, they are open to everyone. These workouts will help you out with any sport, so if you want to improve at your sport or want to get in better shape, it would be a good idea to attend these workouts. If you have a job contact Coach Jeff Grubich so he can help you work around your work schedule (Football Players). These are not mandatory, however if you play football I would highly suggest you to attend these workouts, because it shows the coaches and your teammates you are a dedicated, also these workouts will help you out tremendously in the long run.
