TODAY & THURSDAY:  SIGN-UPS for AFTERPROM FASHION SHOW!

It’s hard to believe that it’s time to start thinking spring thoughts, like Prom, but it’s true, it’s just around the corner.  “If you are a junior or senior and are interested in being a part of the Fashion Show on Friday, April 20th and 7 p.m., KHS Auditorium, sign-ups are Tuesday 3/20, Wednesday 3/21, and Thursday 3/22 in the cafeteria during lunch.

The theme this year is Cinco de Mayo so make sure you gather your groups! The JUNIORS are to wear casual attire and the SENIORS are to wear formal attire. Don’t miss out on participating in this fun event with your classmates.  The Fashion Show is put on by PTO as a fundraiser to make Afterprom the best it can be. The money raised is used to provide food, make decorations, and fund entertainment, like a hypnotist as an example! Afterprom is important because it provides a safe, secure place for students to be, since Prom night is one of the most dangerous nights of the year” says Gabrielle Powell, junior.

TODAY:  Bring in your donations! Pennies for Patients will begin raising money for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society starting Thursday (March 15) through next Thursday (March 22). They are accepting all forms of currency—CASH, COINS AND CHECKS (Made out to “KBOE”).  Students will be raising money with their first block class.
