The Kenston Alumni Association is extremely proud to announce the Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame has been created to celebrate and pay tribute to alumni and staff. This program was created by the planning committee with representatives from the Kenston Alumni Association and students and staff.
Drew Tewksbury said, “It is with great pride that we recognize the accomplishments of individuals who have contributed to the Kenston Schools, our country and community.” Honors were selected by application process.
The Inaugural Class of 2018 Honorees are:
Alan Hrabak (1953): He was Kenston teacher, coach, athletic director and maintenance/ground.
John Althans (1973): He was U.S. Naval Lieutenant Commander, Principal and Co-Owner of Althans Insurance Agency
Judge Charles “Chip” Henry (1976): Former Assistant Geauga County Prosecutor, Ohio State Senator and Geauga County Common Pleas Court Judge (deceased)
Kevin Lombardo, Lt Col, USAF (1990): Chief, Nuclear Weapons Security, United States Strategic Command
Justin Herdman (1993): United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio
