Homecoming is a big time of year for high schools across the country. There are many traditions that schools have, some include: the homecoming king and queen, a parade, the dance itself, etc. One of the traditions that the Bomberette Dance Team has is changing the type of show they perform. Instead of the traditional dancing that the team usually does, the homecoming show includes many stunts and tumbling, along with the pom and kick dancing that they usually do. “I’m excited to perform on Friday night and participate in stunts,” said member Elise Bradbury. This year, the songs will be “Defying Gravity” as the downfield and a song from Wicked for the dance team’s feature to go along with the homecoming theme of “Emerald City.” Come out and support the girls as they perform Friday night!
