Hey Kenston students! The Bomber Bash is coming up fast on its fourth year. Join us on November 23 from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. for a night of music, games, hula dancing, and so much more! Bomber Bash is a great way to get involved in your community and become a part of something bigger than yourself by raising money for families of children with terminal illness. Please pick up a packet in the main office if you are interested. Together, no wave is too big to surf!
Next week is Halloween! You are allowed to wear a costume to school on Thursday – BUT – it must follow the school dress code and NO MASKS and/or weapons.
Attention Students: A link has been posted on the main page of the website to vote for the 2019/2020 teacher superlatives for next year’s Yearbook! Some examples of what you’ll be voting on:

A reminder that the Hub is open for anyone afterschool to get a head start on homework and studying. This also applies to anyone who needs extra help or tutoring through Kenston Academy. Times are Monday-Thursday from 2:20-3:20. No need to sign up, just come in!
Senior portrait specifications for other Photographers: Size—no less than 300 dpi. Pose—only traditional full color portrait, head and shoulders only. Background—must be on the spectrum from cobalt to navy blue (no light blue). No hats, props, hands or inappropriate clothing. Submit your photograph electronically by email attachment to: firstname.lastname@example.org or on a CD. Under no circumstances will a senior portrait be scanned from a print. Report cards will be posted to the Portal after 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
The November 1 deadline for certain college applications is approaching quickly. If you need a recommendation letter and haven’t asked for one to date, do it today! Give the teacher and/or counselor time to write the recommendation letter. If you wait too long, they may not be able to accommodate your request.
Attention Seniors: Guidance still needs your diploma name and record consent forms. **Transcripts cannot be sent without the record request on file**

Junior and Senior Girls: Bomber Bowl Jerseys go on sale this week for the annual ladies Bomber Bowl Football Game. Sign up and purchases will be during all lunch blocks this week. Shirts are $35.
