The top five individuals who raise the most money will get to choose from prizes like an Apple Watch, AirPods, and a wireless speaker and the top graduating class will get 10% of what they raised for their class fund.
The contest is underway and will continue until Nov. 15 for both individuals and classes to take part.
Students can also participate in contests and earn additional prizes like gift cards during the actual Bomber Bash event.
Since the the Bomber Bash started four years ago, Kenston has raised over $48,000 with $16,000 raised last year, and the fundraising goal for this year is $20,000.
The Bomber Bash will have many activities throughout the night like inflatables, a surf simulator, zumba, hula dancing, life-size games, and lots of food sponsored by Cowboy, Cibo, Washington Street Diner, Augie’s, Raised and Glazed, and many more.
The proceeds from the Bomber Bash go to A Kid Again, a program that helps families take their kids with life-threatening illnesses on trips and experiences.
“The more money we can raise for them, the more adventures they will be able to provide to these families,” said Mrs. Erin DiRocco, one of the Bomber Bash parent advisors.
All Bomber Bash registrations and donations are due Nov. 15, and the event will take place on Nov. 23-24 from 6.p.m to 6.a.m at the Kenston High School gymnasium.
