Going to school and doing extracurriculars is pretty important for a good future. It is always good to know what you want to do in the future early and Chase Tuller proves that. Chase is so involved in our community in so many different ways. He is his grade’s class president, he does Track and Field, Mock Trial, Speech and Debate, Cultures Without Borders, PACK, and he works for the Red Cross. He is only a freshman in high school! Many people wonder if he has any free time. “A lot of people ask me that, they say ‘how are you supposed to get homework done and have time with friends and family’ my answer to that is yes, I do still have free time, while its not as much as I would like to have, it’s enough to get done what I need to get done.” This quote from Chase himself really shows that he is able to plan out his entire life and still spend time with friends and family. Surprisingly, Chase has not always had this mindset or thought he would be so involved. “I think that, to get out of your comfort zone you have to try some things that you never expected you to be doing. It’s hard work, but I meet a lot of people everyday, from all different backgrounds, and all kinds of different places, and I think it’s a really good experience, and it’s great to get that kind of experience when you’re young so when you go out into the real world, you kind of know what you’re expecting”. Chase Tuller is a great role model for upcoming high schoolers and shows people that planning out your life early is the way to a successful future.
