As this quarantine seems to go on forever, many people have found new ways to stay active and/or incorporate ideas into their new online schooling. Surely everyone has heard about how to cope with the stress of this quarantine. However, many are forgetting an essential part of our lives that needs to be done. We need to drink water. Drinking water has numerous health benefits physically and mentally.
Water is known to be the best and most natural hydrating liquid. It helps cardiovascular health, keeps muscles and joints working, and gets rid of toxins in your body. If you get sick, it’s very important to not be dehydrated. Many people know that water can help you physically, but most do not know it can benefit you mentally. The more water you drink, the more likely you’re in a better mood, have more energy, and concentrate harder. When people are anxious they forget to drink water. Drinking water will help your overall mood and help settle yourself down. A good way to do that is by tracking the amount of water you drink. A simple trick would be to try and drink a water bottle every 2 hours and then refill. During this quarantine it is important to stay safe, but also drink enough water.
