On the pitch: Scored two goals in a 4-0 win against St. Vincent-St. Mary on Aug. 21.
Off the pitch: “Mighty Mighton” began playing soccer when she was 5 in Kenston’s KCE program. Starting playing for a club team at age 7 and currently plays for the Cleveland Cobras. Says she is honored to share the responsibility of being captain with two of her teammates, and being a positive leader. “To be a part of such a dedicated group of girls is a privilege and I am grateful for my teammates and all the hard work we have put in together.” Enjoys singing and doing musicals. Belongs to the Varsity Jazz singing group. Favorite subject is math. Favorite team is the Indians. Favorite show is “Friends” and favorite movie is “The Sandlot.” Words she lives by: “There may be people that have more talent than you, but there’s no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do” – Derek Jeter
