The Kenston Hockey season is over and though it was short, the teams made the most of it.  Standout players include Paxton Phillips who led the team in goals, points and penalty minutes as the team’s only senior and Troy Krahe who finished the season one point behind Paxton in his freshman year.  The hockey team might not have had the best record, but some of their wins are impressive including a 4-3 comeback over Orange and a 1-1 tie to Stow.  The Kenston Hockey team is looking forward to better seasons in the future.

As a player on the hockey team, I think everyone made the most of their season even if it was short.  The competition was tough all year and despite losing two of the team’s best players, everyone stepped up to fill roles on our small team.  We took a while to find chemistry between players, but eventually we hit a groove and if the season continued, we would’ve started winning more games.
