Nick Hanna has officially committed to Wooster University in the fall! Nick has decided to go to Wooster due to the fact that he will be playing football there. He said, “I cant wait to start training and practicing.” Nick has training camp throughout the summer, but official practice does not start until August. The first time he visited the campus he fell in love with it and knew right away he wanted to go there. The campus is absolutely beautiful. He is undecided as to what he wants to study. Nick is planning on being very busy with football and school work and is ready to work hard. Nick said, “I am very excited to start the next four years of my life and grow as a person.” But Nick is going to miss his friends and family as he leaves this August! Congratulations Nick!
About Wooster University:
Wooster University was established on December 16, 1866 and is a private liberal arts college primarily known for its emphasis on mentored undergraduate research. It is located in Wooster, Ohio, a community of 26,000, approximately 55 miles southwest of Cleveland which is about an hour and fifteen minutes away. The university just celebrated its 150th birthday this November. Their mascot is the fighting Scots. Something important to Wooster is they are a collection of offices (Interfaith Campus Ministries, International Student Affairs, Multicultural Student Affairs, Sexuality and Gender Inclusion) that share the common goal of supporting, challenging and advocating for under-represented students, whoever they may be. Wooster is an excellent choice for college!
